Reducer Tee: The branch tube and the other two different diameters are called the reducer tee. Both ends of the same diameter are called equal diameter tee.
The different diameter tee is widely used in the construction and overhaul of petrochemical industry, oil and gas, liquefied gas, fertilizer, power plant, nuclear power, shipbuilding, papermaking, pharmacy, food sanitation, urban construction and other industries. The method is as follows: for the equal-diameter tee, for example, the “t3” tee, the outer diameter is 3 inches of equal diameter tee.　For the reducer tee, for example, “t4x4x3.5” means a four-inch reducer with a diameter of 3.5 inches. The material is generally 10# 20# A3 q235a 20g 20G 16Mn ASTM A234 ASTM A105 ASTMA403 etc., tee, outside diameter range in 2.5″-60″, from 26″-60″ for welding tee.
Wall thickness 28-60mm.
The wall thickness levels are: sch5s, sch10s, Sch10, Sch20, Sch30, sch40s, STD, Sch40, Sch60, sch80s, Xs;sch80, Sch100, Sch120, Sch140, Sch160, XXS. Different diameter tee, general for professional nouns, tee pipe fittings, pipe connectors, used in the main pipeline branch. The three-way tee is a kind of tee, tee has general equal diameter tee, two kinds of different diameter tee.
Because the three ends can be named after the pipe connection.
The pressure of this pipe in industry is higher, the maximum pressure can reach 600 kg, the pressure of the water pipe in the life is lower, generally 16 kg.
