Bi-metal Clad Pipe and Bend are cast with mold vanishing vacuum suction casting cladding process. Outer of straight pipe is common steel pipe, cladding realized by forming high chromium lining via centrifugal forming technique.
Bi-metal composite clad pipe takes carbon steel or low alloy steel pipe as base pipe and CRA pipe as layer or lining pipe by patented technology and special equipment, it is produced in a special metallurgical or mechanical process to guarantee a tight bonding between base pipe and layer or lining pipe and combines strength of carbon steel or low alloy steel and corrosion resistance of CRA into one innovated pipe which is cost effective and reliable.
We produce bimetal mechanically lined pipes using unique hydraulic forming technique to achieve a perfect bond between base pipe and lining pipe. The great advantage of hydraulic forming technique is that the pressure can be distributed equally over the girth, therefore achieve a perfect bond. This process could minimize the surface damage of CRA lining pipe. By seal welding or bead welding, the end of lined pipe is convenient for site assembly. We can produce bimetal mechanically lined pipes with outer diameter of 15mm-1118mm and cut-length of 3-12m.

Bimetal Clad Pipe and Bend are cast with mold vanishing vacuum suction casting cladding process. Outer of straight pipe is common steel pipe, cladding realized by forming high chromium lining via centrifugal forming technique. Outer of bend uses hot-bending bend and lining is cast with high-chromium cast iron. Bends and other profile sections can be cladded in whole and this process has changed the traditional practice to fabricate bend and other profile sections by drawing polyline without changing flow pattern of material inside piping,greatly reducing conveyance resistance of material.
